Online Registration for PEPT

Starting February 3, 2021, the BEA-Education Assessment Division will implement an online registration for Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) for Walk-In Examinees at the DepEd Central Office.

Who are qualified to avail the PEPT at the BEA, DepEd Central Office?

  • Learners from non-formal and informal education programs
  • Learners who have incomplete or no record of formal schooling
  • Learners with back subjects
  • Learners who need grade level standard assessment
  • Learners who are overage for their grade levels

Important Notes:

  1. Per DepEd Order 23, s. 2019, learners from schools without a governmet permit ( and in needs of a LRN) will NOT be accommodated at DepEd Central Office.
  2. Due to IATF rules, only applicants aged 15-64 years old are allowed to register and take the PEPT at DepEd Central Office. (To be adjusted based on the new resolutions issued by the IATF).

What are the registration requirements for PEPT?

  1. Active Gmail Account
  2. PEPT Registration Form
  3. Scanned copy of the following:
  • School Records: Elementary Level – SF9/ Form 138 or Secondary Level – S10/ Form 137
  • Birth certificate issued by NSO/ PSA
  • Proof of payment (receipt from a door-to-door money remittance)
  • Certificate of ratings (PEPT re-takers)
  • 1 x 1 picture
  • Copy of School Permit/ DepEd Recognition (for applicants from private schools)

What are the registration process for PEPT?

  1. Downlaod and fill out the PEPT Registration Form: http://bit.ly/PEPTForm
  2. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of Php 200 via a door-to-door money remittance system and address it to:

  1. Use an active Gmail account, access https://bit.ly/PEPTOnlineReg and submit the following:
  • Accomplished PEPT Form
  • Scanned copy of the requirements
  • Scanned copy of the proof payment

Once the payment is received and confirmed by BEA, an email will be sent regarding the details of the test schedule.

What should the examinee bring on examination day?

The examinee should present the original required documents. BEA will provide the original official receipt for the registration fee.

How will be the PEPT Test Results be released?

PEPT Test Results can be claimed either by pick-up or for shipping.

For pick up: Claim at the BEA Office. Availability of the PEPT Test Results is within 7 working days and will be announced on the BEA-Education Assessment Division Facebook page.

For shipping: Pay courier services on the day of the examination if you opt to have the PEPT Test Results delivered to your mailing address. BEA will provide a provisional receipt for the fee.

To follow up PEPT Test Results, you may send inquiry to verification.bea@deped.gov.ph atleast 7 days after taking the test.
