5 Things You Need to Know Before Visiting The Planetarium

There are things you need to know before visiting the Planetarium to make your trip more enjoyable.  There are rules, both written and unwritten, that everyone needs to know and follow.

The Planetarium Manila

1.The show will only start with at least 50 attendees. Call the museum for assistance if you are coming with a group.

2. Only 5 years old and above will be allowed to enter the museum and watch the show.

3. Do not bring cameras and other electronic gadgets. All things, including phones, will be left in a bag drop area. You will only be allowed to bring in your wallets for the show.

4. Come 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of the show as you need to coordinate with the museum staff (if you have reserved slots for the group) or to line up for you to enter. It is on a first come, first served basis and only 200 persons per show is allowed. Whenever the museum offers free shows, expect many visitors and long lines.

5. Waiting area is by the open area at the entrance of the museum. Make sure to bring an umbrella, a fan and water to help you cool off while waiting for the dome gates to open.

Planetarium shows last for about an hour. Check the schedule of the Free Shows at The Planetarium this April.
