Racing at Mini Suzuka Circuit

On our family holiday to Kaohsiung, we allotted one day to visit the Suzuka Circuit. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

The Mini Suzuka Circuit is the only overseas-authorized professional kart track at Suzuka Circuit in Japan. It is 600 meters long and will scale down the Suzuka Circuit at 10:1. The track configuration is from the most famous 8-shaped three-dimensional. Cross-tunnel, continuous S-bend, spoon bend, hairpin bend, etc. are fully reproduced, with French imported TECPRO racing guardrail of the same level as F1, allowing each player to enjoy high-speed racing fun in a safe environment.

There are 3 karts to choose from but kids are allowed to use the Tandem Kart Double Karting with a maximum speed of 60km/h (driving height of 155 cm or more, co-pilot height of 120 cm or more).

The Tandem Kart cost NT$700. A separate driving safely class (NT$100) is required before the actual ride. It is conducted in Mandarin but instructors were kind enough to offer them an English session.
